Is my order confirmed?
You will receive an email and whatsapp order confirmation. Please note that all COD orders are confirmed via call before shipment. Contact our helpdesk (mail email@example.com or call +91 0124 4072676) if you are unsure.
When will you ship my order and when can I expect the delivery?
All prepaid orders are shipped within 24 hours except on weekends and public holidays. All COD orders are shipped within 36 hours except on weekendss and public holidays. Final delivery time will vary based on location.
Do you charge for shipping or delivery?
No! We do not discriminate orders on the basis of order amount, locations or payment method. FREE shipping on all orders. All COD orders are charged with an additional fees of Rs. 100 as COD handling fees.
How can I track my order?
An email and WhatsApp notification is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can also track your order if you create an account with us. The tracking number will be available once you login to your customer account.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
Absolutely! We are a gift shop after all! The gift wrap option is available for all products, and you will see this option during checkout. You can also write a gift message. Please note that as per government mandate, we will have to send across the invoice with all shipments.
I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
