How do I cancel an order?
Customer can cancel the order before shipment through e-mai or via call. You can send a request to [email protected] or call on +91 0124 4072676. Order will be cancelled in a week and full amount will be refunded through Check/Bank Transfer after reviewing the return case.
What is your return policy?
Product(s) can be returned within 15 business days from the date of delivery. Returns are easy, just contact our Customer Support and provide Order ID details. Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
For replacement/refund, the product must be returned within 15 business days from the date of delivery, failing which the warranty will be void and customer will not be eligible for any replacement or refund. We will replace the product once we receive the original shipment from customer within the mentioned time frame. Replacement will be done when the customer's claim is found to be correct post verification.
Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product
Also note, that due to hygiene issues, certain products like footwear accessories and fragile items, cannot be returned unless there is any manufacturing defect.
What happens If my order is damaged?
If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
Our team takes the utmost care with respect to the quality of each product and tries to ensure that the item reaches you safely. However, we understand that sometimes fragile items are damaged during transit. In such cases, reach out to us at +91 124 4072676 (10AM - 7PM), or email us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID.
Damaged or defective goods will be replaced free of cost. Your request will be reviewed within 15 business days from the date of the claim and replacement product will be sent within 7 business days. If we are not able to replace the product we will then refund the money in full.
Do you arrange for reverse pickups?

In case you wish to return your order due to other reasons, please ensure that the product/s should be unused and should be shipped along with original packaging to:

What is your refund policy?
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Refunds will be processed via same source as the payment mode i.e., if the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. Typically refunds are processed in less than 7-10 working days but in case of payments by check or DD, it may take a few extra days for the check to be delivered to your billing address.

This policy is only for customers in India and we would be unable to provide exchange returns or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping cost. If transaction is processed more than once for the same order, the additional amount paid will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.
