Q. What does Awestuffs do?

We wanted to simplify lives! We wanted everyone to organize their homes, kitchen, office desk, wardrobe and everything in between and elsewhere. Thus, began a tedious hunt for everything that can help you organize- be it space savers or time savers. The only underlining thought? It has to be FUN! And Quirky! And hence, curated world over, we bring you the best range of awesome products that will make your life simple, organized and quirky!

 

Q. How do I place my order?
A. Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server and asked to either create a new account or place an order without an account.

If you expect to purchase additional products from Awestuffs, you may want to consider setting up an account. If you choose to do so, our site will maintain your billing and shipping information as well as your payment data so you do not have to fill out this information each time you visit our secure server. You will also have the ability to view your complete history of purchasing at our website.

Once you have decided how to proceed, you will be prompted to enter the name and address of the intended recipient of your shipment (i.e. your delivery information), followed by your billing details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable. Once you are ready to complete your order, click on the "Submit order" button to the lower right of your screen.  You will receive an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail.

Q. How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?
To view the contents of your cart, click on the “View cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the quantity you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity listed and then clicking the “Update cart” link. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the “Remove” check box to the left of that item and then updating your cart with the "Update cart" link.

 

Q. How do I add items to my cart?
To add an item to your cart, navigate to the page of the item and click the “Add to Cart” link. You will be brought to your "Shopping cart" page where you can then enter the quantity of the item that you would like to order using the "Qty" field on the right side of the screen. After you have entered a quantity, you can continue shopping or choose to complete your order.

Q. Is ordering online secure?
Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means).  The server that hosts our website encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.  During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. Once we receive the encrypted information, we use a private, one-of-a-kind key to decode it.

After completing the shipping and coupon discount information, you will need to enter in your payment details.  Once you have completed the form, click on the "Review Order" button. You will be brought to a screen that provides an order summary. Once you are ready to complete your order, click on the "Submit order" button to the lower right of your screen.  You will receive an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail. Q. How can I change my shipping address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

 

Q. Do I have to use a credit card?

No, you do not have to use credit card for our payments. Multiple other options are made available.

 

Q. What are the payment methods available?

At the moment, we accept Credit / Debit cards, Cash on delivery and Paypal payments.

Q. What are the terms and process of COD?

Cash on Delivery is a payment method available on awestuffs.com. It lets you place orders without the need of an advance payment. There is an additional extra charge of INR 70 for Cash on Delivery.

Kindly Note: -

  • Cash on Delivery is not yet available for all pin codes.
  • Cash on Delivery orders will get a confirmation call from our team within 24-48 hours to confirm the order.

We accept all valid notes, including newly introduced 500 and 2,000 Rupee notes..

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

We try our best to ship all orders within 48 hours. In case of COD order, we will ship the order within 48 hours of confirming the order telephonically. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately on wecare@awestuffs.com and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

Q. How will I know that you have received my order?
After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference. You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)

 Q. What are your shipping and handling rates?
Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination of the order and are based on the total cost of the order.  All shipping costs are calculated using a FedEx shipping module with GST as applicable.
